10% upon reservation confirmation
80%, due 90 days before the event
10%, due 30 days before arrival
Finalized 30 days before group check-in
- More than 91 days before arrival: Full refund
- Between 90–61 days: Up to 25% of rooms can be adjusted without penalty. The remainder incur a one-night charge
- Between 60–31 days: 15% room reduction allowed. Additional changes will incur a two-night charge
- Less than 30 days: No refunds available
